Final Quotient ("Final Quotient", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to fquo.com and of the people we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why and your choices.
Information you give us directly: name, work email, phone number, company, and anything you write in our contact or scoping-call forms. When you submit a form we also record the pages you visited on this site and the site that referred you here, so we can respond with the right context. Information collected automatically: standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) via HubSpot cookies, where you consent.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for scoping calls, send information you request, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies (HubSpot) are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing cookies in your browser. Separately, our hosting provider (Vercel) collects cookieless, aggregated usage and performance statistics — such as page views, referrers and load times — that involve no cookies and no identification of individual visitors.
Enquiry and meeting data is stored in our HubSpot CRM (EU data centre). We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business records thereafter.
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g. HubSpot for CRM and scheduling), under their own compliance frameworks, and where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the UAE PDPL, EU/UK GDPR and India DPDP Act), you may have additional rights such as objection and portability.
For any privacy request or question, write to contact.us@fquo.com. We endeavor to reply within reasonable time.
